What a professional photographer can do during the fashion week in New York WITHOUT her camera?… Pretend to be a model wearing a beautiful hat! :-)) I’ll get back to this subject, but first things first: my very talented friend, Elena Ebenhack and I were invited to attend a presentation of a breathtaking collection by Anya Caliendo, named ‘Confessions’.
You can preview this beautiful collection.

It was my fist experience of that nature, but I think I did ok with everyone’s help 🙂 This photo was taken by extremely Ed Hafizov of Zorz Studios.
You can read more about the presentation on Anya Caliendo’s blog: http://www.millineryatelier.com
On the way to the Lincoln Center, where the presentation took place, we were photographer countless times, felt like real models :-)) A good feeling for a change 😉 And of the way out -same treatment. Here are some photos by Da Kang:
After this memorable night was over we headed to one of the roof top bars in NY to have some wine and desert. And apparently I was falling asleep… What can I say: I go to bed at 11pm, not 2am! It is a tough life to be a model 😛
The rest of the week was full of great memories as well!! Meetings with friends, musicals, dining at fine and not so fine restaurants, roof top bars, Italian street fair and of course…. 5th Avenue! 🙂
Here is my iphone take on it:
Hopefully, next time I’ll bring my camera and will share better photos, that the iphone ones 😛
